What It Is

The NGL Cohort Program combines the depth of personalized coaching with the power of community. Over the life of the program, a small peer group works alongside certified coaches and each other to build clarity, develop real skills, and form a peer network that doesn't end when the program does.

It's not a class. It's not a support group. It's a structured growth experience, built around the belief that the best transitions happen when you have both expert coach partners and people who genuinely understand your situation at the same time.

And it's entirely free.

How It’s Structured

Each cohort pairs two things that work together: personalized coaching and peer community.

Participants receive six dedicated 1:1 sessions with a certified volunteer coach, a space focused entirely on their individual goals and progress. Alongside that, the full cohort meets virtually for group sessions centered on themes that matter to everyone in the room. While specific topics are driven by the group, they can include navigating change, building resilience, developing leadership skills, and preparing for what's next.

Cohort size is intentionally small. Every participant is part of your community. Every voice matters.

Who It’s For

The NGL Cohort Program is designed for military veterans, military spouses, and young adults who are ready to invest in themselves, whether that means finding direction, rebuilding momentum, or simply not navigating a hard season alone.

You don't need a perfect plan before you apply. You need a genuine commitment to showing up and doing the work.

Cohorts are organized by audience so that participants share relevant context with one another. Applications open on a rolling basis as new cohorts launch.
