Our program is divided into cohorts. Each cohort will consist of participants from one of our client segments: veterans, spouses, or young adults. Each cohort will follow the same overall structure.

Duration: 16 weeks

Cohort Size: 16 participants

Format: Virtual — accessible from anywhere

1:1 Coaching: 6 sessions with a certified coach

Group Sessions: 5 virtual group calls — Kickoff, 3 monthly topic calls, and Graduation

The program is completely free. There is no cost to you for anything.

All coaching sessions will be virtual. Once paired with your coach, you will jointly determine the timing and method for your coaching sessions

Each cohort will consist of no more than 16 total participants.

Each cohort will have their own segment to share information, chat about their goals, and create a community within our platform on Skool.

After the cohort ends, we hope that you take your newfound perspective, skills, and community with you into your next chapter.
