As the creator of Hustle to Wholeness™, she’s passionate about redefining success to support both growth and well-being. Whether she’s working with seasoned leaders or young adults just starting out, her goal is simple: to help people lead lives that feel aligned, empowered, and meaningful. Mya enjoys learning new things and is currently cultivating her first garden in hopes of growing healthy food at home.

  • Mary Kate "Kate" Blaine

    Mary Kate ("Kate") Blaine is an ICF and board certified leadership coach with more than 20 years experience supporting educational and nonprofit leaders through leadership transitions formally -- and more than 20 years supporting veterans informally and through volunteer work as a transition coach. She is a proud daughter, niece, and sister of career military officers, with extensive experience helping active duty military members translate their service into "civilian speak" -- especially communicating "individual credit" for successful team leadership. She specializes in supporting the transition from military to civilian life, helping new leaders in new roles, and resume creation and interview preparation. She is known for her kindness, clarity, and gentle sense of humor, so her clients feel at ease. When not coaching, Kate enjoys slow but steady marathon running, volunteering as a leadership coach for first-gen college students, and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles (which has been remarkably enjoyable in recent years!).

    When she's not coaching, Meg is a globe-trotting digital nomad who's solo traveled to 45+ countries (and counting!). She can often be found adventuring through Europe, riding double-decker buses in London, or enjoying a banana smoothie on the beaches of southern France.
